Shipping and Returns

Standard shipping:  Purchases usually ship within 2 - 5 business days (not including weekend days) of purchase.

Holiday shipping: During high order volume times such as sales and holidays, please anticipate up to 7 business days before purchases ship.

All orders placed will receive a tracking number via email once they have been packaged for shipping.

Returns: We gladly accept returns on non-custom items if contacted within 3 days of delivery. Please note that upon approval, all returns must be shipped via USPS and must arrive in their original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment exclusive of shipping costs.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Problem with your order?

If your order is missing any item(s) or arrives damaged upon delivery, please notify us via email within 3 business days of delivery. In order to file a damaged goods claim, we require photos of both the packaging and damaged merchandise.

Packages are shipped to the address indicated on the order. Be sure you include the correct address at checkout.  Serenity’s Hearth ships to the address provided by the customer and cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.  If your order tracking shows as delivered but has not arrived, please notify us within 3 business days for appropriate investigation and recourse. We cannot be held responsible in cases in which we are not notified in a timely manner.
